Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Shipping these products will be done as soon as they are built and tested. Obviously this is not the case for apparel but for the products we build. Shipping has gotten more and more expensive since fuel has gone up and several of our things are large. We have made some deals with shipping companies to keep costs as low as possible. We give you the options we have available for shipping time and services.
Returns
The Small Print
Products: We will accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect. We will replace if there is a manufacturing defect. We will not accept returns if you change your mind after we build for you. If we accept a return and find that there is no manufacture defect we charge you. We are a small company and cannot afford to custom build for a person and have them change their mind so please be sure before you order. Everything is checked and tested before it leaves our hands to be packaged.
Services: There is no return or refund on services. If we give you our time and energy we expect to be paid for it. Our people are worth it, period. We care about our customers and our projects. We work hard to do everything we can to make everyone happy. Rest assured if you are here with us or we are spending time on your project we are giving it our all. for this compensation is required.

Our Policy
Our warranty policy is this simple, We warranty our products against manufacturer defect. We do not warranty against abuse or stupidity. If we messed up we will cover our products but if you did, then it is on you. Do not use our products for unapproved purposes. Do not overload our products. Use them but do not abuse them and we will take good care of you. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact us before or after your purchase.
